The training course is intended for all individuals, at all levels, who want to improve their influencing and communication skills.
The programme will strengthen the participants’ ability to communicate easily and reach agreements that work. The participants will uncover their own strengths and weaknesses as communicators. This should help the participants handle every situation with the clients.
Participants are likely to become better skilled at achieving harmony and consensus inside the organisation and at obtaining better results on the outside as well - with clients, customers, suppliers, regulators, and the public at large.

Removing stress from stressful communication
