Karlo Jadanić is a Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in PwC’s Energy, Utility and Resources management consulting practice in Southeast Europe and is a key expert in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
He has led numerous projects supporting corporate off-takers, renewable developers, and energy companies in structuring and implementing PPAs in Southeast Europe. Karlo is playing a key role in advising clients on procurement strategies, PPA product structuring, RfI / RfP launch, PPA offers evaluation, Term Sheet / Contract preparation as well as negotiation until signing.
His experience extends to national energy strategies, market studies, feasibility studies and business plan reviews, as well as B2B energy solutions in the renewable space. Additionally, Karlo has led large-scale transformation projects for power utilities, covering strategic and operational restructuring, cost optimization, and target operating model design.
