Mislav Slade-Silovic is a director at the PwC SEE Strategic and Operational Consulting team, having joined the team after working for another Big Four firm.
For the past ten years, he has been consulting key SEE companies in the private and public sector, and his main focus includes transformation, operational and strategic restructuring and strategy development projects.
Although his work is primarily characterised by a strategic approach to customer challenges, he recently strongly supported implementation and 'change management' within complex transformation projects, assisting his clients in achieving tangible results in the field of growth and profitability.
His key industry expertise includes energy, retail and consumer, and public sector.
Mislav studied macroeconomics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb, Croatia and was a member of the Governing Council of the Croatian Student Association. His successful academic achievements earned him a scholarship at the Corvinus University of Budapest, he studied as a visiting student at the Bocconi University Milan, just to mention a few.
Mislav played tennis and volleyball for a long time and has successfully applied his athletic spirit and result-driven approach to solving business problems.
