Year 2022 marks the 25th anniversary of PwC’s operation in Croatia.
PwC has been present in Croatia since 1997, when Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand first opened their offices in Zagreb. The 25th anniversary is a special moment for us to look back on what we’ve achieved thus far, and take stock of our activities in Croatia.
From the very beginning, our company has been involved in projects fundamental for the Croatian economy and the local business environment. Through our cooperation with government institutions and other professional associations, we have contributed to the development of national legislation in essential fields and provided consultancy and assistance to local and international companies and other organisations, both corporate and governmental.
Over the years, PwC Croatia has become a strong brand, a prominent professional services firm in the Croatian market with an impeccable reputation, highly appreciated and trusted by our clients for our professionalism and integrity. The client portfolio includes some of the largest local and multinational companies in Croatia and the SEE region, including a close cooperation with state bodies. Technological innovation and upskilling allow PwC to keep pace with the ever-changing business environment.
PwC Croatia’s practice currently employs over 250 professionals and is led by 7 partners, and it is also noteworthy that many of our colleagues are SEE leaders in their respective fields who continuously work on promoting and implementing cross-territory projects, collaboration, and transformation.

What we do matters, but the reason behind that matters even more. We make a significant difference in society through our actions and decisions.
Since its establishment, PwC Croatia has had a major role in the creation and development of professions relevant for our business in Croatia, and in the establishment and management of associated professional bodies. A number of PwC employees have been elected to leadership positions in those bodies.
